Happy new leap Year of the Monkey!

I am getting ready to tour Canada with THE 5 ELEMENTS, my new show with my buddy from Hong Kong, Harry Wong. He's a musician and a MAGICIAN and when he comes to visit he makes wonderful Chinese food!

And guess what???

THE 5 ELEMENTS CD has been nominated for an award, and Harry and I have been nominated as Favorite Children's Artist in the Canadian Independent Music Awards.

THE 5 ELEMENTS show will tour Canadian Children's Festivals in May and June.

In Nanaimo, Vancouver and St. Albert there will also be magic workshops with Harry Wong. Don't miss the chance to learn magic from this master!

In Nanaimo and Vancouver there will be puppet making workshops with Hoi Chiu, who is the director of THE FIVE ELEMENTS and an amazing puppeteer.

So 2004 is a LEAP YEAR! Did you know that a leap year only happens every four years, and there's an extra day.... February 29th! I think that's cool!

And it's also the Year of the Monkey!! Anybody out there born in the Year of the Monkey? I was born in the Year of the Rat. When Harry comes to Canada I will ask him to explain to me more about what this means, and I'll let you know.
